5 Herbal Supplements That Helped My Mood

Everyday isn't going to be a good, let's keep it real! I pride myself in being in tuned with my body and some days my hormones are raging. Some days I'm not in the mood, some days I want to slap the shit out of someone. Some days I feel down, and have a ton of anxiety. With all that being said, I didn't want to get on any prescriptions drugs so I researched some herbal supplements to increase my mood. I would love some feedback if you have tried any! Note: I am not a licensed professional, I'm just sharing my story and feedback.

These by far are my most favorite! They are #1 on my list for a reason. I 100% saw and felt a increase in my mood. I kinda left like I was coasting through life, when I took these. I left like my temper was controlled and I wasn't as quick to react.









Ashwagandha really has been a tie in increasing my mood, with the Joy-Filled. I take 2 a day in the morning, and I can feel a difference. It's easier for me to face problems and coast through the day. When I don't take it I can see a difference in my mood. I noticed within 2 weeks. Highly recommend.



They say you have to take some vitamins longer to see a difference... well these I noticed a slight difference. Honestly, when I first started to take them I noticed a difference, but later on I did not. I'm willing to give these a second chance.




I think I like the fact that these are chewable. I do notice a slight difference in my mood, and being able to knock out tasks. I do recommend if you want something lite.




5. L-Tyrosine


I would consider these an all natural alternative for Adderall. They definitely help me knock out task, the downfall is you have to take 3 times a day, so I really forget. I want to take something once a day. I'll probable look into another brand.
