Affirmations To Help Relieve Stress

I must admit life has been ruff. I can honestly say that I have had to step up my affirmations and my faith to get through the day. Most of us are very busy so I've had to navigate through the day to help me figure out what to do when stress presents itself. I figured that short pops of affirmations worked to help calm me down in a stressed time. They key is to give yourself that moment to intentionally say what you are saying. With all that being said, I want to share my 30 Seconds Words of Affirmations When Stressed.
