What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed over to the courier.
During peak periods such as holidays, sales, launches, restocks, or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (depending on the contact details provided at checkout).
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, we do offer exchanges in the form of store credit only, under eligible conditions (see below).

Yes, we offer exchanges for store credit only.
To be eligible:
Item must be unworn and unused
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
Do we offer exchanges?
Yes your return window is 7 days. The hat must be unworn, undamaged and have all original tags. Will have to return at the owners expense.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@deannadarcel.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Average shipping time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International orders or shipments from different fulfillment centers may take longer depending on location and carrier delays.
